Terms and Conditions
Description: Subscription provides full access to Solatium products. This is an exclusive promotion, limited to one subscription per person. Payments will be due before product despatch, providing you have not cancelled your membership during this time. This product is provided at £19.99 per month These fees are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.
Subscription Services: You may cancel the subscription service at any time via phone, post or email.
Updates: These terms and conditions are up to date as of the time this document was uploaded. These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Any updates to this document will be provided in writing. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice, providing the change does not compromise the core features of the product.
Customer Service: For general queries, please feel free to email our team at cs@mySolatium.com or call us on 0203 455 1327. Our Customer Service hours are 09:00 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday, and we aim for a maximum wait time of five minutes. We are closed on weekends, bank holidays, and during a set period over the Christmas holidays (please call for specific dates). Please send all written correspondence to “Solatium, Unit 18, Waterside Business Park, Rumney, Cardiff, CF3 2ET”. We aim to respond to written correspondence where required within 5 working days.
Cooling Off Period: You have a 28-day cooling-off period in which you can use the product prior to annual payment. You may cancel your subscription at any time during this period by phone, post or email. Products may be returned in full during this period, and a refund will be given providing there is no damage to the product.
Cancellations: If you would not like to continue receiving Solatium, please cancel within the correct time. You may cancel this service at any time within the cooling-off period of 14 days without giving any reason. To cancel this contract of sale, please contact us via phone, post or email
Payments: Payments that fall on irregular days, bank holidays, and so on will, in most cases, be collected on the following working day. These fees are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.
Refund Policy: If you would not like to keep this subscription of Solatium, please ensure you cancel via phone, post or email within the cooling-off period (prior to billing). Membership fees that have already been paid are non-refundable unless in special circumstances.
Complaints: We request that all complaints are submitted by post only to ensure a swift resolution. We endeavour to resolve all formal complaints within one working day of receipt of your written correspondence. Please address any complaints to: “Complaints Department, Solatium, Unit 18, Waterside Business Park, Rumney, Cardiff, CF3 2ET”.
Privacy & Account Information: Any data held and/or collected to provide you with membership will be handled in accordance with the GDPR (EU) 2016/679. Account and payment information you provide will only be used to process membership fees for this membership and/or other products you have subscribed to with Solatium. With your permission, we may contact you from time to time to offer you new products and/or upgrades to your account. This permission will be obtained during your sales call. To change your preferences regarding further communication or if you would like any/all of your data/information to be removed from our systems, please contact our team by email, phone, or letter. We may retain some basic non-payment information and place your contact details on an internal ‘do not contact’ list in some cases to protect your future privacy and ensure you are not contacted in the future.
